The strategy focuses on pools of assets (typically fully invested funds in harvesting period) to create diversification for our investors, while skipping the J curve.
Our secondary strategy targets world class PE/Growth focused managers & portfolios at attractive discounts to NAV.

Co-Invest Platform
Goanna has a strong focus on co-investments, representing approximately half our investor commitments. We value partnering with investors on our highest conviction ideas through deal specific vehicles, alongside our funds. In the last 5 years, we have closed ~50 co-investments.
